Requirement Submission

Customers send product models, drawings, specifications, or sample requests. We review functional requirements, dimensions, load capacities, and certification needs.

Review & Quotation

Our sales + engineering teams confirm materials, parts, production feasibility, MOQ, lead time, and provide a formal quotation.

Design & Sample

For custom orders we produce a prototype/sample or 3D drawings for client approval. Adjustments are made until the sample meets the customer’s requirements.

Pre-Production Trial

A small pre-production batch is produced for verification of assembly, finish, and function (if needed).

Mass Production

After approval, full production begins under controlled schedules. In-process inspections are conducted at critical stages.

Inspection & Testing

Finished products undergo functional testing, safety checks, and visual inspection before packaging.

Packing & Documentation

Products are packed using export-standard packaging. We prepare documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, CO (if required), test reports, and certificates.

Shipping & After-Sales

We arrange sea/air/land logistics, track shipments, and provide post-delivery support including spare parts and technical guidance.
