- The product is damaged during transportation.
- The delivered product does not match the confirmed order specifications.
- Parts or accessories are missing from the shipment.

6. Return Shipping Costs
- For confirmed product defects or incorrect shipments caused by KL Medbed, reasonable return and replacement costs may be covered by KL Medbed.
- For returns caused by customer reasons, including incorrect ordering, project changes, or other non-quality issues, all related shipping and handling costs shall be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Customized Products & OEM Orders
For OEM/ODM projects and customized medical equipment:
- Product specifications, drawings, materials, and production requirements must be confirmed before manufacturing.
- Once production begins according to approved specifications, cancellation, return, or exchange requests may not be accepted unless caused by quality issues or contractual reasons.
8. Refund Policy
For approved returns, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after:
- Returned products are received and inspected;
